Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you, and how to return it if it isn't quite right. For anything not covered here, our Client Care team is always happy to help.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before they are dispatched.

Delivery Times

From the point of dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 8–15 business days (about 2–3 weeks)
  • United States: 10–20 business days (about 2.5–4 weeks)
  • Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be longer during sale periods and holidays.

International Orders & Duties

We ship worldwide. Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Lourel pieces. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please use the contact form on our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please wait for us to approve your return before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change size or colour is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help, just reach out and we'll be glad to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on final-sale items and on personalised or monogrammed pieces, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right as quickly as we can.
