Welcome to Lourel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours and detailing may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and that our pieces are natural silk, so minor variations are part of their character. Product availability may change without notice.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct any errors. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7. Returns & right of withdrawal

If you are shopping from the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Details on how to return an item and any exceptions are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics and the Lourel name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
